About Us
The Alabama Nursing Home Association (ANHA) was established in 1951 as a statewide network of professionals dedicated to providing excellence and quality care for individuals living on Alabama’s skilled nursing facilities.
ANHA is a strong voice in the Alabama’s long-term care profession. As the oldest long-term health care association in Alabama, it reflects a diverse network of long-term care facility owners, operators and administrators.
ANHA represents approximately 97% of Alabama’s long-term health care. Nursing homes licensed by the State of Alabama are eligible for membership in the Alabama Nursing Home Association. Companies that provide products and services designed for nursing home residents are eligible for Associate Membership.
